Nexus is built to empower students. All routine club activities and workshops are 100% free, and you retain complete ownership over everything you create.
Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using the Nexus Network portal (joinnexus.club), joining club workshops, or participating in Council activities, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms.
Enrolled students across any accredited university college in Kurdistan.
Alumni instructors and university staff advising student-led workshops.
Free Student Access & Tournaments
Nexus exists to cultivate peer leadership and practical skill development without commercial barriers:
- 100% Free Workshops: All routine club workshops, seminars, and meetings are strictly free for all students.
- Tournament Expenses: Select competitive tournaments may have a small at-cost entry fee strictly to cover event expenses.
- Dual Membership Limit: To promote quality commitment, each student may join up to two (2) active clubs concurrently.
- Autonomous Curriculum: Branch leads craft workshop roadmaps tailored to student interests with Council oversight.
Intellectual Property & Student Ownership
All source code, software, design mockups, films, debate transcripts, and academic creations produced during club sessions remain the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the student creator.
Nexus receives only a non-exclusive license to display project flyers and showcase screenshots on the public directory for educational recognition.
Google Single Sign-On (SSO) & Account Security
Authentication is provided securely via Google OAuth 2.0. Nexus does not store passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your student Google account.
Council Governance & Termination
The Nexus Council reserves the right to revoke platform access for actions that violate university integrity, harass fellow peers, or compromise platform infrastructure.
