Student Full Name, university email address, and Google avatar image provided during Single Sign-On.
Selected University / College department and active club branch preferences saved to your profile.
Event registrations, attendance timestamps, and workshop check-in verification records.
Encrypted authentication session tokens and crash telemetry (via Sentry) strictly to maintain uptime.
How Your Data is Utilized
- Approved Roster Verification: Displays student names and college badges on verified public club rosters.
- Workshop Scheduling: Sends RSVP confirmations and room assignment notifications for registered events.
- Zero Third-Party Sale: We never sell, rent, or trade student records under any circumstance.
Data Storage & AES-256 Encryption
All data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firebase with enterprise AES-256 encryption at rest. Granular Firestore Security Rules ensure students can only edit their own profiles, and only Council members can approve club applications.
